I have found this to be a much needed service here in Portugal. 

If you live outside of Portugal, and you´re interested in moving here, I can go look at any land or house that you find. 

I will stand as the unbiased, voice of reason when it comes to a property that you are interested in. More than just an inspection, I can offer many services towards a property that you are looking at. 

This includes, but not limited to, Finding the properties exact location. The condition of roads leading up to the house. The neighbors, do they have dogs? Do they have roosters? What the ACTUAL condition of the home is. Real pictures of the condition. We can do a video chat when I get there. I can take soil samples. I have a Portuguese Lawyer who is affordable and thorough and will look over any potential contracts. I have a native Translator and real estate agent that I can take with me. I will find others in the area that have done what you're doing and we can see how hard it is to get permits, materials. What is in the store that is close by? Whatever you need, I can do all of the groundwork for you while you sit comfortably in your home waiting for results. One thing I have learned about Portugal is that you get ALOT more done if you show up in person. Things will happen faster than if you try to do it all online. They don´t prioritize online requests like they do in other places. But when I show up in person, things are different. 

I have worked with Real Estate agents in the US where we flipped houses, remodeled them for rentals, vacation homes and maintenance. Emergency repairs from storms or bad tenants.
